CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it that sometimes things come up. At Rosy glow 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A 15% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, and appointments canceled due to arriving more than 10 minutes late.
